Cinnamon Donuts

Warm, sugary donuts coated in plenty of cinnamon. Best eaten fresh!
Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 7g yeast
- 60g sugar
- 250ml warm milk
- 60g butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- Oil for frying
Coating
- 100g sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix dough ingredients and knead for 10 mins. Let rise for 1 hr.
- Roll out and cut into donut shapes. Rise for another 30 mins.
- Heat oil to 180C. Fry donuts for 2 mins each side.
- Toss in cinnamon sugar immediately.
