Welcome to Stace Bakes! I'm on a journey to preserve the magic of vintage recipes while giving them a modern scientific twist. Every recipe here has been tested, tweaked, and tested again until it's just right.
Why "Lab"?
Baking is a science. I track humidity, oven temperatures, and flour protein content to ensure that these recipes work perfectly in modern kitchens.
The Vintage Factor
There's something special about recipes from the 1950s. They were built on intuition and high-quality ingredients. I'm bringing that soul back to the table.
